How we handle photos, stock imagery and the children's privacy.

Illustrative images
In this version, images are generic and royalty-free. Where a generic image accompanies a trip report it is marked as “Illustrative image”.
No stock image is presented as a family photograph.
Children's privacy
Eduardo's and Lívia's names may be published, but photos of them are kept to a minimum.
We do not publish their school, routine, full birth date, real-time lodging or exact location during trips.
The children are not formal authors; they appear only in short editorial notes.
