How we write, what we verify and how we correct mistakes.
Initial draft, written conservatively. It must receive legal review before final publication.
Where the content comes from
Trip reports come from the family's own travel. Practical guides are written from that experience and from verifiable public information.
We do not invent weather, prices, ratings, lodging or testimonials. When data does not exist yet, the page says “report in preparation”.
Dates and updates
Each article shows a publication date and an update date. Gear cards show the date of the last check.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected in the text and flagged on the page itself when relevant.
